Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 April 2026

The short version

  • Adults sign up. Parents supervise. Rosiverse is a tool for parents to use with their kids — not a babysitter and not a standalone app for a child to use unsupervised.
  • Stories you make are yours. We just store and generate them.
  • AI can make mistakes. Generated images and stories are imaginative, not factual.
  • Be kind, don't upload things that aren't yours.

1. Who can use Rosiverse

You must be at least 18 years oldand able to enter into a binding contract to create a Rosiverse account. By signing up, you confirm that you are an adult and either the parent or legal guardian of any child who will use the service through your account, or you're using it for yourself.

2. Parents are responsible for their kids

Rosiverse is designed to be enjoyed by families together. The parent or legal guardian who owns the account is fully responsible for:

  • Active supervision — children should not use Rosiverse without an adult supervising. Even though we filter content and block harmful material, no AI is perfect and a grown-up should be there.
  • Deciding what's appropriatefor their own child's age, sensitivity, and stage of development. What works for one 8-year-old may not work for another. You know your child; we don't.
  • Reviewing generated content before sharing it publicly or showing it to other children. AI image generation is unpredictable.
  • The child's use of the service, including anything the child types, says, or asks Rosiverse to draw.

Rosiverse is a creative tool you choose to use with your child. It is not a substitute for parental guidance or in-person supervision, and we do not assume any duty of care over your child. If you're not able to supervise your child's use of the service, please don't let them use it.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure — anyone with access to it can sign in as you (we use magic links). You can create multiple profiles within one account (e.g. one per child); each profile's content is kept separate. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Don't (and don't let your child) use Rosiverse to:

  • Create, request, or upload sexual, violent (beyond cartoon adventure), hateful, harassing, or otherwise illegal content.
  • Create images depicting real, identifiable people without their consent — including yourself, family members, classmates, or public figures.
  • Upload other people's copyrighted characters, photos, or text and pass them off as yours.
  • Try to bypass our safety filters or extract anything other than the storybook output.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use the service to build a competing product.
  • Resell access or share account credentials.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Your stories belong to you

You own everything you create with Rosiverse. The prompts you write, the characters you describe, the stories you tell, the page images we draw for you, the comic pages, the covers — all of it belongs to you and your child.

To the extent we (Cloneforce Pte. Ltd.) hold any copyright, moral rights, or other intellectual-property interest in the AI-generated outputs we make from your prompts, we hereby assign all such rights to you, free of charge, worldwide, and in perpetuity. You can use, share, sell, print, modify, and re-use those works however you like, for any purpose — personal or commercial.

You grant us back only a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your content for the sole purpose of running the service for you (e.g. saving it in your account, sending it to our AI providers to draw the next page, hosting it so you can read it later, and showing it to people you publicly share a story with). That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

A few honest caveats outside our control:

  • You can only own what you have a right to. If a prompt asks for a copyrighted character (say, a famous cartoon mouse), the underlying rights still sit with whoever owns that character — not with us, and not with you.
  • In some countries (currently including the United States), the law says that purely AI-generated images may not be copyrightable at all, regardless of what we say here. Our assignment still gives you the strongest position we can give you — but we can't override national copyright law.
  • AI outputs can sometimes look similar to outputs other users generated from similar prompts. We can't guarantee uniqueness.

6. AI output disclaimer

Rosiverse uses generative AI. Outputs are imaginative and creative, not factual. They may be inaccurate, surprising, or off-prompt. They are noteducational, medical, legal, or any other kind of advice. Use your judgment and your child's context.

7. Sharing & published stories

If you choose to publish a story, we generate a public link that anyone with the link can view. You decide whether to share that link. You can unpublish at any time, which disables the link. Published stories may also be cached briefly by browsers and intermediate services after unpublishing — please don't publish anything you wouldn't want a stranger to see.

8. Service availability

We try to keep Rosiverse running smoothly, but we don't promise 100% uptime. We may add, remove, or change features, and we may take the service offline for maintenance. We'll give reasonable notice for changes that affect you significantly.

9. Beta & free use

Rosiverse is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features in the future; if we do, we'll tell you in advance and you can decide whether to keep using the free part. Until then, the service is provided as-is.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloneforce Pte. Ltd., its affiliates, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of Rosiverse.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to Rosiverse will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — including liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights (e.g. EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloneforce Pte. Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your or your child's misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or content you upload or generate that violates someone else's rights or the law.

12. Termination

You can stop using Rosiverse at any time and delete your account by emailing hello@rosiverse.com. We can suspend or terminate an account that breaks these Terms, with notice unless the breach is serious enough to warrant immediate action.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, except where you have a non-waivable right under your local consumer-protection law to bring a claim where you live — in which case those rights are preserved.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we'll email account holders before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
